Keita Mobility Factory is seeking to hire a skilled fullstack developer to join our international team on a full-time contract.

Our new product RIDEAL aims to disrupt the way mobility is planned and managed. RIDEAL is a backend platform which enables public and private organizations to manage, monitor and control all their rider-incentive programs – centralized, transparent, in real-time, and vendor-agnostic. The RIDEAL platform enables you the following:

  • Easy and independent management of incentive rules and criteria to granularly target any person, circumstance, need and/or transport provider available in order to maximize financial and societal goals.

  • Real-time reporting and data analytics of all essential KPIs to track and monitor the impact and performance of each program, helping you to continuously improve your incentive-programs.

  • Flexible definition and management of different targeted incentive programmes with independent budgets.

RIDEAL is in a fully operational Minimum Viable Product (MVP) status and several pilots have been committed in the coming months.
