SEEKING:  Senior Consultant/Lead SAP HCM

We are looking for a Senior Consultant/LeadSAP HCM

RESPONSIBILITIES& TASKS :

► Act as the primary interfacebetween business units / business country leads and IT for SAP HCM-relatedsystem demands

► Manage incoming requests for SAPHCM enhancements and projects

► Manage incoming project requestsacross countries and customers

► Align and plan demand with SAP HCMteam

► Facilitate change board meetingsand maintain a demand backlog

► Monitor demand lifecycle andensure timely delivery

Project Lead:

► Prepare and (partially) lead SAPHCM-related projects, including upgrades, rollouts, and integrations.

► Define project effort andtimelines in collaboration with SAP HCM team and with stakeholders.

► Manage project resources, budgets,and risks.

► Report project status tostakeholders

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE& SKILLS :

● Strongunderstanding of HR processes and HR-requirements.
● Experience in demand management and project management
● Excellent communication and stakeholder managementskills

NICE TO HAVE :

● Firstexperience in SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM) implementations or integrations

LANGUAGE :

● English- (Fluent in English - C1)

WE OFFER:

·         Rate:  €240/€280per day + VAT (according to the experience provided)
