Position Description
As a Marketing Manager – International Hospitality Sector, you will be part of our team within the hospitality and tourism sector, leading strategies that enhance the visibility and positioning of hotels across various European destinations.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans (digital and offline) for a portfolio of hotels.
• Coordinate multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and onsite initiatives.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies to ensure maximum impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute high-level marketing projects.
• Participate in marketing initiatives across hotels throughout Europe, contributing creativity and strategic vision.
Key Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in tourism or hospitality.
• Advanced knowledge of digital tools and analytics (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and results-oriented profile, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High level of English (additional languages are a plus).
• Availability to travel across Europe.
• Collaborative, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
• Degree or vocational training in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or related fields.
• Experience collaborating with international teams or agencies.
• Previous experience managing hotel or tourism-related marketing strategies.
• Interest in continuous learning and new marketing technologies.
• Familiarity with digital hospitality platforms or hotel industry environments.
