We are looking for a Data Analyst specialize in Power BI and Pentaho.
Main Responsibilities:
.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements related to reporting and data analysis.
.Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Pentaho).
.Translate complex data into clear visualizations and business insights.
.Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
.Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and relevant insights.
.Work closely with IT and business users to ensure data availability and integrity.
.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within reporting workflows.
.Document reporting processes and maintain user guides and training materials.
Required knowledge:
.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
.4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial sector.
.Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Pentaho, Tableau, or Qlik.
.Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
.Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
.Solid understanding of financial metrics, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
.Fluency in English (written and spoken).
