Profile

We’re looking for a Scrum Masterwith a strategic mindset, ready to guide a team on its journey towardbecoming a high-performing, product-driven team. This is not a role fora ceremony facilitator, we need someone who understands delivery,collaboration, ownership, and how to foster a culture of continuous improvementand product thinking.

Tasks & Responsibilities

► Lead the team’s transformationfrom a delivery mindset to a product and value mindset by self-organization andbecome high performant.

► Facilitate dynamics that boost teamautonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and shared ownership of the product.

► Ensure the Scrum events (SprintPlanning, Daily, Review, Retrospective) are purposeful and effective — not justrituals.

► Proactively identify and removeblockers — whether technical, organizational, or interpersonal.

► Drive a culture of continuousimprovement through agile metrics and active retrospectives.

► Support alignment between theProduct Team, Product Owner, and key stakeholders.

► Facilitate sessions around productvision, sprint goals, and discovery when needed.

► Act as a mentor and coach, helpingthe team grow in maturity, accountability, and learning.

Experience& Skills

■ 7+ yearsof experience as a Scrum Master, with strong experience in digital productenvironments.

■ Proven track record of evolvingteams toward high performance and strong product ownership — notjust "doing Scrum".

■ Deep understanding of Scrum,Kanban, and agile frameworks, with a pragmatic, people-first approach.

■ Strong interpersonal intelligenceand ability to navigate team dynamics and organizational culture.

■ Solid grasp of product deliveryprinciples, discovery techniques, feedback loops, and value-driven metrics.

■ Excellent facilitation,communication, and informal leadership skills.

■ Experience with OKRs, agiledelivery metrics, Lean UX, or systems coaching.
