What we're looking for:
• Agile Leadership: Strong commitment to guiding teams in Agile principles and helping them achieve high performance.
• Coaching Skills: Ability to coach teams on Agile practices, monitor their maturity, and drive continuous improvement.
• Team Facilitation: Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Process Optimization: Ability to identify inefficiencies, track performance metrics (velocity, time-to-market, etc.), and support teams in improving delivery.
• Tool Expertise: Experience configuring and managing Jira or Azure DevOps for scalable team workflows.
• Dependency & Risk Management: Skilled at identifying dependencies early, avoiding delays, and managing risks/issues with clear mitigation plans.
• Documentation & Alignment: Ability to document team processes and ensure alignment with organizational Agile guidelines.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English and German.
