Position Description

As a Functional Analyst, you will be part of our team within the client’s sector area, participating in the analysis of processes and the definition of new functionalities in the IT landscape.

Responsibilities
• Requirements gathering, functional analysis, and data analysis.
• Preparation of functional analysis using use cases and all necessary documentation.
• Breakdown of tasks based on the functional analysis for future effort estimation.
• Review and validation of developed functionalities, as well as user documentation.
• Execution and follow-up of functional testing plans.
• Participation in UAT phases, including test case creation, campaign execution, and monitoring.
• Application testing (unit testing, cross-testing, non-regression testing, UAT) to ensure quality and functionality, identifying and resolving issues.
• Continuous improvement detection and proposals.
• Support in continuous integration concepts and testing phases.
• Mentoring and supporting team members to enhance skills and maximize value for the project and client.
• Effective communication with clients and adaptability to their needs.
• Autonomy and proactivity in daily tasks.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Strong knowledge in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Experience in functional documentation and use case creation.
• Ability to work in agile environments.
• Good level of French (B2–C1).
• Collaborative, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
• English / French [level].

Nice to Have

• Degree or vocational training in IT or related fields.
• Certifications or experience in relevant technologies.
• Previous experience in similar roles or industries.
• Interest in continuous learning and new technologies.
• Familiarity with technical environments relevant to the role.
• Experience with agile methodologies—beyond Scrum or SAFe—with demonstrable understanding of the Agile Manifesto.
• Basic Git skills (branch creation, version tagging, repository maintenance).
• Knowledge of team management and leadership.
