The Data, Analytics & AI Architect actively participates inproviding the overall direction of architecture across the entire dataanalytics ecosystem. The role is responsible for defining and driving thestrategic vision for enterprise data and AI systems. This position oversees thedesign and implementation of scalable, secure, and innovative data platformsand AI capabilities that empower business intelligence, advanced analytics, andmachine learning across the organization. This role is critical in shaping theenterprise data and analytics vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with thecompany's strategic business plans.

As a key member of the Data, Analytics & AI Architecture team, you willcontribute to planning, design, and implementation of the enterprise data andanalytics vision and strategy aligned with the company's strategic businessplans. You will enable innovation and understand the business analytics trendsthat can create business value while decreasing time to market and reducingsolution complexity.

In this role you will act as an advisor for various complex projects andinitiatives and taking full ownership of all necessary architectural artifacts,high-level designs, proof of concepts (POCs), and deployment support for smallto medium scope data, analytics, and GenAI solutions. You will play a pivotalrole in defining the building blocks for future-state architecture and creatinga roadmap for realizing these goals.  You will thrive on bringinginnovative approaches validated by quality research, industry insights, andproof of concepts supporting the suggested technology or architecture solutionblueprint. In addition to demonstrating proficiency and a deep understandingacross the four key data and analytics verticals, you will have substantialexperience with data management, data security, and data operations.

Furthermore, you will possess robust expertise in ML/AI capabilities. This diverse knowledge will empower you to recommend breakthrough improvementsacross the entire data and analytics ecosystem, ensuring the integration ofAI/ML capabilities to enhance analytics processes and outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES& TASKS :

ArchitectureLeadership:

• Responsiblefor developing architecture for technology including best practices and guidingprinciples, and design of new data and analytics technology. Partner throughimplementation and operational support to ensure technology is achievingdesired business outcomes.

• Collaborate with business andsolution architectures for less complex data and analytics initiatives toensure we achieve enterprise data and analytics objectives while meeting thebusiness use case requirements

• Experience guiding cross-functionalteams and influencing senior stakeholders

• Analyzes currentarchitectures to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvements

• Ensure the completeness oftechnical requirements and functional architecture analysis for the design andimplementation of data and analytics business solutions

• Define, document, andmaintain architecture patterns

• Complete architecturesolution blueprint for data and analytics initiatives

• Ability to define andarchitect interim architectures and strategy to ultimately align to end state

• Develop and present a variety ofarchitectural artifacts and documentation

• Establishes standardarchitectural principles, patterns, and processes

Innovation & Emerging Tech:

• Participate in proof-of-conceptinitiatives to assess and analyze fit for purpose of potential solutions

• Participate in data andanalytics capability maturity assessment leveraging insights to buildfoundational future state architecture and corresponding roadmaps

• Foster innovation byevaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where appropriate

• Strives to continuouslyincrease the overall data and analytics architecture practice maturity

• Deep understanding of dataplatforms, cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), data modeling, andanalytics tools

AI/MLIntegration:

• Model development and deployment using frameworks such asTensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

• Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms, such as AWS SageMaker,Azure Foundry, or Google AI Platform, Mosaic AI

• Experience in utilizing tools like MLflow for managing the MLlifecycle, including experimentation, reproducibility, and deployment

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and/or reinforcementlearning techniques as applicable to business use cases

• Ability to integrate advanced analytics and AI/ML models intoexisting data workflows, ensuring seamless access and usability

WORK EXPERIENCE :

9-12 years of experience in data and analytics solution delivery orrelated position

5-8 years of architecture or design experience across a broad range ofdata and analytics capabilities with a cloud background

STUDIES :

Bachelor’s degree in ComputerScience Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

CERIFICATIONS :

Relevant cloud provider architectcertifications, TOGAF, CDMP would be desirable
