SEEKING:  Carrier Account Manager

 

PROFILE

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primarycontact for global mobile carrier partners, leading contract negotiations andmanaging operational processes to ensure successful, long-term partnerships.You will help strengthen the global eSIM network and collaborate with internalteams to optimize these relationships.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES  & TASKS

CarrierNegotiation & Relationship Management: Develop and manage strongrelationships with global mobile carriers, leading negotiations to secure competitiveagreements.

Contract& Agreement Execution: Lead and oversee contract negotiations tooptimize pricing, service features, and technology integrations.

OperationalCoordination: Collaborate with internal teams to implement and maintaincarrier agreements efficiently.

Market& Performance Analysis: Continuously assess market trends, carrierperformance, and partnership success to drive strategic improvements.

ProcessOptimization: Ensure seamless execution of end-to-end carrier management,from onboarding to contract renewal, reducing inefficiencies.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

● Minimumof 3+ years experience in account management, business development, or carrierrelations within the telecommunications industry.

● Strongnegotiation skills and proven experience in contract management withinternational mobile carriers.

● Deepunderstanding of MNO, MVNO, and MVNE business models.

●Experience analyzing business performance metrics and driving strategicinitiatives.

● Fluentin Spanish and English (C1 level required); additional languages are a plus.

●Experience working in fast-paced, global, and multicultural environments.

● Stronganalytical and results-driven approach.

 

 

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

● Previousexperience working with mobile carriers or telecom providers.

● Knowledgeof eSIM and GSMA technologies.

●International experience or exposure to global markets.

 

LANGUAGE

● Spanish and English (C1 level required); additional languages are a plus
