SEEKING:  Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Product Analystwhose mission is to empower the Digital Journey Builder team to deliver maximumvalue and impact to users and stakeholders.
Our product enables departments and markets to create premium experiences on theglobal Client website. It streamlines content creation and optimisation,ensuring brand consistency while driving engagement and business results. Theplatform is available in 84 markets and 15 languages, serving millions ofvisitors every month.
You will work closely with the Product Owner, enhancing product requirementsand influencing the roadmap by analysing and aligning business needs and userexpectations with product goals and technical solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES& TASKS :

Collaborate with the Product Ownerto gather, analyse, and document requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Translate business objectives into actionable user stories and acceptancecriteria.
Facilitate discussions to align on user stories and priorities.
Support backlog prioritisation based on value and impact.
Identify opportunities to optimise business processes and work with the teamto implement improvements.
Assist in developing and maintaining Lean-Agile metrics and KPIs, enablingcontinuous improvement and transparent reporting.
Identify and document potential risks for the product area, proposingcountermeasures in collaboration with relevant departments (e.g., legal, dataprivacy).
Ensure product operations meet customer needs and integrate new demands intoongoing development.
Foster a data-driven mindset by enabling stakeholders and team members toaccess and analyse user data.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE& SKILLS :

2 - 3 years of provenexperience as a Product or Business Analyst in agile teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficient user of website and user behaviour analytics tools such as GoogleAnalytics, Adobe Analytics or similar

Solid understanding of DataLayers.
Knowledge of data visualisation and reporting tools such as Google LookerStudio.
A collaborative approach and ability to support strong team dynamics.
